This is a rather interesting tutorial, and I'll be saving it for when I tackle this Cosplay, I'm hoping before the year is out, if not, by the New Year to start making this Cosplay and this wig tutorial is gonna be so helpful to get the full look of the character. Just a quick question, what temperature of heat did you use for hot gluing the flowers into the hair? I do Fursuit work (a few heads so far, one for myself, one for my husband and another as a trade w/a friend) and I use low temp. So that's why I'm inquiring as to whether to use high or low heat for attaching the flowers

How long are the extensions you are using? and how long are the wefts in the packs? I'm gonna buy mine from Arda, and their weft packs are 8 feet long, how many packs will I need?

So I am in the middle of making the wig by following this tutorial right now!  Any tips for Attaching the extensions to the tubes? I've went through two whole packs of extensions attempting to get it right and I just can't get it.  Either the hair all falls out since the tips aren't lined up or it isn't tight enough when I duct tape the bottom.  Any helpful tips?

I'm sorry if this has already been asked, but I was wondering how much this cost you to make in total. Was it really expensive or relatively cheap? Have a great day! And, once again, sorry if this has already been asked! :)

Oh my gosh! This is simply the best tutorial I've found!  I noticed Cosplay.com doesn't sell The Linda anymore, so I went searching for it. This is it, correct? I was just wondering which shade of blonde you chose for the wig, so that it matched the extensions!  (I'm assuming you went with #613 Light Blonde since that's the color of the extensions, right?)

This might just be a dumb question.

Yes! The 613!! Bummer that they don't sell that style wig anymore!

Last question, I promise!  These are the "silky braid" extensions, right?  They have so many different types of extensions that I wasn't sure! Thanks!

Hello! This is absolutely AMAZING and I'm probably going to try this method of making the wig very soon. I was wondering... I would like to make my wig glow! When do you suggest putting in the EL lights in the wig and how do you do it? Do you just weave it in with the extensions? :3 Thank you, in advance!

Hi I was just wondering how heavy was the actual wig? Was it hard to walk around in or keep on? Also do you think I could substitute anything lighter than the insulation tubes?  Thanks! Great tutorial!

Just to ask, did you have to straighten your extensions? Mine came crimped! And if you did, how did you do it?

I actually really love this tutorial! It looks cheap and easy-er? Than other tutorials I've seen. I'm only 15 so I can only afford so much hair ^^

I was wondering if you could point me to where you bought the base wig and extensions? I'm also wondering if I should use cotton batting inside of it (covered in cream tights) instead of the pipes so it'd have more ah, bounce!

But thank you so much for the tutorial, I hope I can succeed in doing this decently XD

Hello there. c:
I am planning on cosplaying Rapunzel for the MCM expo in October. I really found your method of doing the wig very nice and easy. May i just ask one question that i was not so sure about? It was the part about tieing the tubes to the wig.
Does the wire itself tie threw the tubes - or only through the tights? And would it not leave a large bulge from the base of the wig?
if you could message me back i'd be very greatful - I am very very very amazed with your tutorial. c:

Where did you buy your extensions? And does it matter what kind of extensions they are? Because I'm thinking of buying what this site calls 'Remy-hair', but I have no idea what that means.

what thickness were the insulation tubes that you used? I looked at the home depot site and the tubes range from $.97 a tube to $217 a tube! I don't want to pick the wrong one since there are so many choices!

Ok, So I found both of the links but on the wig it says 613 golden blonde and 613a platinum blonde. Which one is it? Sorry for being such a bother :/

Ok but for the extensions will they match the wig? Cause on the extensions it says 613 platinum blonde and for the wig it says 613 golden blonde does that matter?

My advise would to buy a wig with a front comb, or go to a wig shop, buy one, and sew it in. Im so thankful for mine.

question, did you use EL wire in your wig? I have never actually seen someone do this and it work, so I was just curious . Im going to try, and make mine to where it will glow. :D and I was wondering if you had any tips of that part of the process since it wasnt mentioned very much on here. If you do it would help so much!!

This is an amazing tutorial btw! Much simpilar then few others i've seen, great work! <3

Thank you sooooo much for this !!
But I have a question .. How do you keep it on your head ? I have a Aerith wig that can't weight half of what this do, and yet, even with comb-like-thingies to stick in my hair, it tends to slide back. Any advice ? D:
